So what is the specification of plumbing installation?
 
 
 
 
 
1, water supply and drainage and heating
 
 
 
(1) strength test should be made before valve installation, and 10% should be extracted from a batch. If 10% qualified rate is 95% or 99.9%, it is unqualified. Strength test pressure = nominal pressure *1.5; Tightness test pressure = nominal pressure *1.1.
 
 
 
(2) the closed circuit valve installed in the main pipe should be cut off one by one for strength and tightness test.
 
 
 
(3) The outer diameter of the stamping elbow on the pipe should be equal to the outer diameter of the elbow

B. Leave clearance: leave no less than 150mm clearance on and below the outer skin of the pipeline or insulation layer;
 
 
 
C. Make compensator: make a square compensator through the wall and install it horizontally.
 
 
 
(6) Support position is correct, should be buried smooth and firm:
 
 
 
A. Equipment and accessories shall be equipped with hangers, supports and brackets
 
 
 
B. End, elbow, tee
 
 
 
C. Evenly distributed according to standard spacing (note: Spray end should be used as anti-sway bracket)
 
 
 
(7) The contact between the fixed bracket and the pipe should be firm and strict.
 
 
 
(8) Gaps of 3-5m shall be left for sliding bracket, drag and chute.
 
 
 
(9) The hanger rod of the pipe hanger without thermal expansion should be installed vertically, and the hanger rod of the pipe hanger with thermal extension should be reversed to the direction of thermal expansion.
 
 
 
(10) Pipe supports and hangers fixed on building structures do not affect structural safety.
 
 
 
(11) Setting of riser card for heating, water supply and hot water system:
 
 
 
A. Floor height < 5M, one must be installed on each floor
 
 
 
B. Floor height > 5M, at least 2 for each floor
 
 
 
C. The installation height of the pipe cards is 1.5-1.8m from the ground, and the two pipe cards are symmetrical
 
 
 
D. When the diameter of water supply and drainage pipe of a multi-storey building is larger than 25mm, no support can be added to the riser, but pipe piers should be added to the drainage riser from the bottom.
 
 
 
E. The support of drainage cast iron and galvanized steel pipe riser for water supply shall be made into floor clamp.
 
 
 
(12) Telescopic pipes should be casing, heating, hot water, freezing, cooling, condensed water through the wall, the floor should be casing, water supply, fire, spraying, drainage unnecessary.
 
 
 
(13) Water supply pipeline: galvanized steel pipe DN100 flange or clamp connection; Water supply plastic pipe and composite pipe can use rubber ring interface, bonding, hot melt, special pipe fittings and flange; Water supply cast iron pipe: cement mouth or rubber ring; Copper pipe: special joint or welding.
 
 
 
(14) After the bolt is tightened, the protruding nut length < Screw diameter 1/2, threaded connection should be exposed 2-3 buckles.
 
 
 
(15) Detachable connectors (such as live connectors) should be installed at the beginning of water supply riser and branch pipes with more than 3 water distribution points, but water meters and flanged valves are not required.
 
 
 
(16) Hot and cold water: hot on the top and cold on the right.
 
 
 
(17) anticorrosion treatment: buried drainage cast iron pipe: asphalt anticorrosion; Buried steel pipe (including galvanized steel pipe) : grade three anti-corrosion.
 
 
 
(18) The overflow pipe and discharge pipe of the water tank shall be located near the drainage pipe but shall not be directly connected with the drainage pipe.
 
 
 
(19) Vertical pump damping should not use spring shock absorbers.
 
 
 
(20) Indoor drainage pipe: U-PVC drainage pipe, cast iron pipe, concrete pipe, steel pipe can be used between the composition of washbasin and drinking water fountain to the common water seal and connecting sanitary appliances drainage short pipe.
 
 
 
Branch pipe with 1 large toilet & GT; DN100, branch with 1 stool trough & GT; DN150, connected with more than 3 sanitary appliance branch pipes & GT; DN75.
 
 
 
(21) Indoor rainwater pipe: cast iron pipe for water supply, plastic pipe for water supply, galvanized steel pipe, black pipe (internal anticorrosion).
 
 
 
(22) The riser inspection port shall be added at every other floor, and sanitary appliances shall be added at the bottom and the upper floors.
 
 
 
(23) Drainage riser and main pipe (such as indoor pipe) should be through ball test, ball diameter > 2/3 of the diameter of the drainage pipe. U-pvc drainage riser shall add expansion joint or tee (with expansion joint) and fire ring (or fire sleeve). Expansion joint spacing ≤4 meters.
 
 
 
(24) Sweeping outlets shall be provided for horizontal pipes connecting two or more urinals or three or more sanitary appliances. (Clearing equipment)
 
 
 
(25) Horizontal pipe and horizontal pipe, horizontal pipe and riser shall adopt 45 degrees tee or 45 degrees tee, 90 degrees oblique tee or 90 degrees oblique tee. (29) Water pipes should be rinsed, and tanks should only be irrigated without hydrostatic test. Hot water supply and return water, water collecting tank, water distribution tank, hot water tank, etc. should be insulated. Open water tank should be tested with full water, closed water tank should be hydrostatic test.
 
 
 
(30) The installation of sanitary appliances shall be fixed with embedded bolts or expansion bolts. Sanitary appliances shall be fully and fully tested.
 
 
 
Height of water supply pipeline from ground: washbasin 450mm, seat toilet 250mm, bath 670mm, shower 1150mm, squat toilet (manual self-closing) 600mm, vertical urinal 1130mm, hanging urinal 1050mm.

2, ventilation and air conditioning
 
 
 
(1) The purchased air duct selected in the project must also provide the corresponding product qualification documents or verify the strength and tightness.
 
 
 
(2) For the acceptance of ventilation pipe specifications, the outer diameter or outer length of air duct shall prevail, the inner diameter or inner side length of air duct shall prevail, the irregular oval air duct shall refer to the rectangular air duct, and the long diameter plane side length and short diameter size shall prevail.
 
 
 
(3) Galvanized steel plate and all kinds of steel plate containing composite protective layer shall be joined by bite or riveted, and shall not be welded to affect the anticorrosion performance of the protective layer.
 
 
 
(4) The sealing of air duct should be mainly sealed by plate connection, and sealant caulking and other methods can be used to seal it. The performance of sealant should meet the requirements of the use environment, and the sealing surface should be located on the positive pressure side of the air duct.
 
 
 
(5) Air duct material: ordinary steel plate, galvanized steel plate, stainless steel plate, hard polyvinyl chloride, organic glass steel, inorganic glass steel (the number of corresponding glass cloth layer is not less than the specification, the surface shall not appear anti-halogen or serious frost).
 
 
 
(6) The body, frame, fixing material and sealing material of fireproof air duct must be non-combustible material, and its fire resistance grade should meet the requirements of the design.
 
 
 
(7) The covering material of composite air duct must be non-combustible material, and the internal insulation material should be non-flammable B2 grade and harmless to human body
